Who is responsible
These pages are run by the artist luft, based in the EU. Contact: CONTACT_EMAIL.
What this site does
Each page promotes one release and links to streaming services. The pages exist to measure whether an advert on Facebook or Instagram brought you here and whether you found the music worth a click. Two kinds of data are involved.
1. Hosting and our own event store (no consent needed)
The pages are served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the page and keeps short-lived operational logs under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store those.
What we store ourselves: when you open a page, play the preview, click a link or stay for a while, the page sends a small "beacon" request. For each one we record only
- the time,
- which release page it was,
- the kind of action (page view, consent answer, preview play, link click and similar),
- the platform clicked (for example Spotify), and
- the advert tag from the URL that brought you here (
utm_content).
No IP address, no cookie, no device identifier and no browser details are stored, so these rows cannot be linked to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing whether the advertising works. The rows are kept for the campaign's reporting and deleted within 12 months.
2. Meta Pixel (only with your consent)
When you first open a page, a dialog asks whether the Meta Pixel may load. If you click OK, a script from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. loads and sends Meta the pages you view and the actions you take here (page view, preview play, link click and similar events). Meta may set cookies and combine this with your Facebook or Instagram account to report and optimise adverts, including outside the EU (United States) under Meta's standard contractual clauses.
If you click No, nothing from Meta loads. Either choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (key mp-consent:…), not in a cookie.
Legal basis: consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, after which the dialog appears again. How Meta uses the data is described in Meta's privacy policy; you can adjust ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Links to other services
The buttons lead to Spotify, Apple Music and similar services. Once you leave this page their privacy policies apply. Ad campaign parameters from the URL that brought you here are passed along so that the click can be attributed to the advert.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data, object to processing, and complain to your national data protection authority (in Sweden: IMY, imy.se). Because the server log holds no identifiers, we cannot look up individual visitors in it; for data held by Meta, use the tools in your Facebook or Instagram account.

This page is updated when the tracking changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
